you will create one handmade victorian paper valentine
in the shape of a heart incorporating vintage elements such as
lace ~ tulle ~ ribbon ~ german glass glitter ~ dresden
mica ~ doilies ~ vintage papers ~ rhinestone bits
you will also put together a certain number of tiny treasure packets
which should include small bits of lovelies such as mentioned above
(number of packets will not exceed 12)
in return you will receive
one handmade victorian paper valentine
and 12 treasure packets from fellow participants
